Lasting change has a structure.
A one-page framework designed to help you see the key elements shaping your life, understand how they work together, and create change that lasts.

Wanting change is often not enough.
- 01We set goals.
- 02Build habits.
- 03Change routines.
- 04Learn new ways of thinking.
Yet lasting change can remain difficult when we focus on one part of our lives while overlooking how the other parts influence it.
Your life does not operate in isolated pieces. Neither does change.
What if you could see the whole picture?
The Six Circles Framework brings the key elements of personal change together in one simple visual structure.
Instead of looking at each part of your life in isolation, it gives you a way to step back, see how the pieces connect, and recognize where change may need to begin.

A framework designed to be used - and a journey that goes beyond it.
The Six Circles Framework begins with the one-page model, then expands into eight connected chapters exploring different dimensions of meaningful, lasting change.
From understanding the patterns behind where you are now to examining how you think, choose, act, lead your life, build influence, and continue moving forward, the book brings these ideas together as one integrated journey.
One framework. Eight chapters. One journey of change.
Developed through years of real‑world application.
The Six Circles Framework did not begin as a theory created for a book.
It evolved through years of training, teaching, observation, and application with people from different cultures, professions, and walks of life.
Over time, the framework was refined into a simple visual structure designed to make the complexity of personal change easier to see, understand, and work with.

Behind the framework are two decades of development, refinement, and real‑world application.

Yasser Fathy
Creator of The Six Circles Framework
For decades, Yasser Fathy has worked at the intersection of human development, training, and personal change - first within the corporate world and later through his own training and consulting practice.
In 2006, that experience led to the first version of what would become The Six Circles Framework. Over the next two decades, he continued to teach, test, refine, and develop the model through real‑world work with people across different cultures and professional environments.
Today, Six Circles brings that journey into one visual framework - designed to make the structure of personal change easier to see and work with.
The book is only the beginning.
Six Circles is growing beyond the page.
